1. I want to purchase a stall, what do I do now?
Please have a look at the list of available parking stalls or lockers by clicking into the specific link of your building. Select the parking stall or locker that best suits your need, and contact us by email advising us of your choice and we will guide you with the proper procedure towards your purchase.
2. I am not an owner in the building, am I allowed to purchase a stall?
No, only a suite owner can purchase a stall.
3. I wish to have a look at the stall first.
Please refer to the availability list for the parking stall # or contact us if you are unable to locate it with your building parkade.
For lockers, please make arrangements with us to show it to you.
4. Do I need a Lawyer or a Notary to represent me?
Concord Pacific will provide you with all of the appropriate paperwork to assist you with your purchase. A Lawyer or a Notary is not necessary but is welcomed should you still wish to involve legal assistance / counsel.
5. How do I have proof that I purchased the stall?
Upon your purchase, we will also notify the Strata Management registering your assigned stall.
6. I don't want to buy a stall, can I rent one?
Please contact us and we will try our best to address your request.
7. I got a notice informing me that I am parking in a unauthorized stall, what should I do?
Please be advised that any unauthorized vehicles found using our stalls will be towed. |
