Downtown Vancouver’s largest affordable housing project is coming to False Creek North.🏙️

In partnership with all three levels of government, Concord Pacific is proud to contribute land that will enable the delivery of 670+ affordable homes, alongside essential civic infrastructure including a new fire hall and childcare centre.

These sites are part of the 50% of Concord Pacific Place lands dedicated to public and community use — reinforcing a long-term approach to city-building that prioritizes people, access, and shared spaces.
