The Concord Pacific Group has been proactively monitoring the developing situation of COVID-19 and we have taken a series of precautionary steps in response to this developing public health impact for the safety of our clients, staff and tradespersons.  

Our Customer Care Department will be continuing to review incoming service requests and be responding to enquiries by way of email, written letter or phone. In regards to in-suite access for reviews and deficiency repairs, all non-emergency requests will be halted for the time being upon the advisement of our local health authorities   

For any building emergencies please follow normal protocols by immediately notifying your concierge/building staff on duty and by contacting the Rancho Property Management 24-hour emergency number at 604-684-4508 / The Concord Calgary at 403-253-7642. Any concerning items and incidents of an extremely urgent nature will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and facilitated by Customer Care project representatives, construction superintendents and building staff on site. During COVID-19, we are implementing health and safety screening procedures to the residents (questionnaire form) when emergency suite access is needed.
