CONCORD PACIFIC’S NEWEST PARK OPENS IN RICHMOND

Ketcheson Community Park, Richmond

Ketcheson Park at Concord Gardens opens Saturday, September 28th, at the corner of Ketcheson Road and Hazelbridge Way. Mayor Malcolm Brodie will officially open the park in a 12:30p.m. ceremony Saturday by planting the last tree alongside the Concord team and the landscape architect. There will be live music, free face painting, free food trucks and live art demonstrations.

The park includes gardens, tranquil water features – including reflecting pools and meandering streams – and a state of the art children’s playground. It is the seventh park Concord has built in Canada in conjunction with its condo developments. This master planned development, to be completed this year, comprises of six towers containing close to 1200 units.
