Our Customer Care Department will be continuing to review incoming service requests and be responding to enquiries by way of email, written letter or phone. In regards to in-suite access for reviews and deficiency repairs, all non-emergency requests will be halted for the time being upon the advisement of our local health authorities
For any building emergencies please follow normal protocols by immediately notifying your concierge/building staff on duty and by contacting the Rancho Property Management 24-hour emergency number at 604-684-4508 / The Concord Calgary at 403-253-7642 / Concord Toronto at 416-510-8700. Any concerning items and incidents of an extremely urgent nature will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and facilitated by Customer Care project representatives, construction superintendents and building staff on site. During COVID-19, we are implementing health and safety screening procedures to the residents (questionnaire form) when emergency suite access is needed.
